I bought a pair of Shire boots last year, excited to find a vegan work boot that seemed of high quality. The upper held together well, the Vibram sole held together well enough, but the two did not stay together for more than 3 months. For $250 I was disappointed. I decided, because of the lack of vegan work boots on the market, to give them another shot this year. So I purchased a pair of the Maska boots and a pair of the Trainer6 boots. The Trainer6 boots came at the correctly order size of 10.5, but I felt they were too narrow, no big deal. The Maskas, also purchased at 10.5, came in a Size 10.5 box, but the boots were Size 7. Unfortunate, but not the end of the world. I looked up the return policy and took all the steps to return. Allegedly there is supposed to be a pre-authorized return label included with the order. No such label existed in the package I received. Annoying sure, but I was hopeful customer service could resolve. At this point they have been unable to send a pre-authorized return label, I have exchanged six or so emails and received a variation of the same response each time that I'm to use the label included in the box. I've clearly stated that I did not receive a return label, but that doesn't seem to be registering with the customer service representative I have been dealing with. I'm not sure what's going on at this company, but the service has been some of the worst I've encountered. I do hope you can sort this out.
